CHOOSING THE RIGHT MODEL
CACTUS Pharmacy offers two primary in-house pharmacy models: TelePharmacy and Traditional Pharmacy. We also offer a Hybrid Model for those clinics with multiple locations. In every model, the health center retains ownership and control, while CACTUS Pharmacy provides the structure, support, and optimization.
In-House TelePharmacy
An in-house pharmacy with remote pharmacist oversight.
TelePharmacy extends in-house pharmacy capabilities to locations where it is difficult or inefficient to staff an on-site pharmacist. CACTUS Pharmacy provides a licensed remote pharmacist, the operating framework, implementation support, and ongoing guidance to keep the pharmacy clinically effective, operationally efficient, and optimized under 340B. The pharmacy remains 100% covered entity–owned.
Traditional In-House Pharmacy

In the traditional pharmacy model, your health center operates an in-house pharmacy with an on-site pharmacist. CACTUS Pharmacy provides the operating framework, implementation support, and ongoing guidance to ensure the pharmacy is clinically effective, operationally efficient, and optimized under 340B. The pharmacy remains 100% covered entity–owned.
